Mission of Get $mart Idaho:

To help Kootenai County residents, especially youth, to build financial assets by providing financial education and resources.  

Strategically the coalition seeks to:

• Teach about the power of building assets, using credit wisely, and pitfalls of excessive debt.
• Promote, implement and develop financial education programs in cooperation with business, education, government, service organizations, places of worship and the media.
• Organize community based events and endowments to create sustainable and perpetual quality of life programs.
